The final day in the 2012 Internal Coach Program training took place on August 27th, 2012 and was attended by new and continuing ICPs and a few External Coaches as well. And thanks to the high tech facilities, several long-distance participants were able to join inthe discussion. The course was all about Classroom Ecology. The facilitators, Karen Kruger and Andrea Rousso, used small group discussions, educational articles, games, and many activities to get the participants thinking creatively about how Classroom Ecology can be strategically used to create a nurturing classroom experience for all learners. The day was exciting and informative – a great success!
